The Latino Festival was held Sunday, August 28th, 2005. Here was a fiesta featuring the Latin music talents of Robert Everest and the Everest Expedition, the Los Soles Mariachi Band and the Fuego Latino Dancers. The kitchen maintained the theme for the celebration serving Tex-Mex cuisine.
