The Irish Festival was held Sunday, August 29th, 2004. Featuring Katie McMahon (lead singer of "Riverdance") with her Musicians and Dancers. The Riverside String Band opened and the kitchen maintained the theme for the celebration serving Irish Stew, Soda Bread, Bangers, Irish Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce and other Irish goodies.
